Brittany House is a Health Care Group Activcare® - Residential Alzheimer's Care Community. Health Care Group was formed in 1981 to manage and direct the operations for its various retirement communities, Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing facilities. A San Diego-based corporation, Health Care Group currently manages nine senior housing and care facilities, which offers more than 1,700 accommodations and employs more than 1,200 people.
Our communities offer services to meet a family’s changing needs by caring for their loved one and offering experience and counsel throughout the decision-making process.
Several levels of housing and care are available to accommodate the different needs of today’s senior: retirement or independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and ActivCare® - Residential Alzheimer’s care.
